Organic and latex mattress comparisons, checked at the source
Affiliate disclosure: This page contains affiliate links. If you buy through a link on this page, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. PlushBeds publishes a 15 percent affiliate payout on its own partner page, the highest rate among the brands compared here, and that relationship is one reason it is covered in depth on this site. It is not the reason it is our pick: the reasons are given with the pick. Prices and terms were checked on November 5, 2026 and can change.

Head to head

PlushBeds Botanical Bliss vs Naturepedic EOS Classic Organic Vegan: all latex, or wool free and fully adjustable

Both have zippered builds, so the feel can be changed after delivery. The Botanical Bliss is all latex with GOTS certified organic wool. The EOS Classic Organic Vegan is a hybrid with no wool and no animal materials, and the most firmness choice in our comparison.

The price gap is real. At checking, the Botanical Bliss Queen was $2,024 at 9 inches, $2,324 at 10 inches and $2,749 at 12 inches. The EOS Classic Queen was $3,679.20 as shown, a sale price at the time of checking, the highest in our comparison.

Where PlushBeds' own pages disagree

PlushBeds warranty note: PlushBeds own pages use both "Lifetime Warranty" and a detailed 25 year structure (full replacement in years 1 to 10, prorated in years 11 to 25) in different places. Until the brand settles that in one policy document, we state no term for it and advise confirming at checkout.

The same care applies to its trial: the return trial in its FAQ and product description is 100 nights, and the 365 night figure on its page is a separate comfort guarantee for firmness adjustment, despite one section of the page labelling a money back offer at 365 nights. Our PlushBeds trial and warranty guide sets out both in full.

In detail

The two mattresses, one by one

Our pick

PlushBeds Botanical Bliss, the all latex pick

  • 100 night return trial
  • Separate 365 Night Comfort Guarantee for firmness adjustment
  • Warranty: confirm with the brand
  • Medium (5.5 of 10) or Medium Firm (8 of 10)
  • Who it is forAnyone who wants all latex and certified organic textiles, and the most latex for the money.
  • Who it is not forA buyer who wants a wool free mattress. That is the EOS Classic Organic Vegan.
  • Honest weaknessThe paperwork. PlushBeds' own pages describe its trial and its warranty in more than one way, as the note under the table explains.

The Botanical Bliss is latex from top to bottom and certified organic in both its latex and its textiles. The build is six layers: a GOTS certified organic cotton cover, GOTS certified organic wool, a GOTS certified organic cotton panel, a natural latex comfort layer, a GOLS certified organic latex comfort layer on the 12 inch model, and a 6 inch GOLS certified organic latex support core. There are no coils and no synthetic foam layers to soften over time.

You choose the height first, then one of two firmness levels. Medium, rated 5.5 out of 10 by the brand, is the one PlushBeds positions for side sleepers. Medium Firm, rated 8 out of 10, is positioned for back and stomach sleepers. Because the layers sit inside a zippered cover, the firmness can be adjusted under the brand's 365 Night Comfort Guarantee instead of returning the whole bed.

Split sizes can be ordered with dual firmness, so each side of the bed differs. The full review goes through every layer.

Naturepedic EOS Classic Organic Vegan, the customisable and wool free one

  • 100 night trial
  • 25 year limited warranty
  • Five levels, Plush to Extra Firm
  • Who it is forA buyer who wants certified organic materials without wool or other animal products, or partners who want each side set differently.
  • Who it is not forAnyone for whom price comes first. Its Queen price at checking was the highest in our comparison.
  • Honest weaknessThe Queen price shown, $3,679.20, was a sale price, so expect it to move.

Most organic mattresses use wool as their flame barrier. This EOS Classic variant uses none, which makes it the pick for a buyer who wants certified organic materials without animal products. Fire protection comes from a plant based PLA batting, and the certifications on the brand's page include GOTS, GOLS, EWG Verified, MADE SAFE, PETA Approved Vegan, GREENGUARD Gold and UL Formaldehyde Free.

It is also the most adjustable mattress in our comparison. Five firmness levels, the option to set each side of the bed differently, and a modular build of a 3 inch organic latex comfort layer over an 8 inch encased coil layer, inside a zippered organic cotton encasement. Inside the 100 night trial, comfort layers can be exchanged free instead of returning the bed, under a 25 year limited warranty.

Before you buy

Questions buyers ask

Does either mattress use wool?

The Botanical Bliss uses GOTS certified organic wool, which serves as its fire barrier. The EOS Classic Organic Vegan uses no wool: fire protection comes from a plant based PLA batting.

Can I change the feel after delivery?

Both allow it. Inside the 100 night trial, the EOS Classic's comfort layers can be exchanged free instead of returning the bed. Because the Botanical Bliss layers sit inside a zippered cover, its firmness can be adjusted under the brand's 365 Night Comfort Guarantee.

Which has the longer trial?

Both return trials are 100 nights. Naturepedic adds free comfort layer exchanges inside that window. PlushBeds adds its 365 Night Comfort Guarantee as a separate firmness adjustment offer.

Is the PlushBeds trial 100 nights or 365 nights?

The return trial is 100 nights. That is the figure in the PlushBeds FAQ and product description. The 365 Night Comfort Guarantee is a separate offer for firmness adjustment, not the return trial, even though one section of the PlushBeds page labels a money back offer at 365 nights.

What is the warranty on the Botanical Bliss?

We state no term for it. PlushBeds' own pages use both "Lifetime Warranty" and a detailed 25 year structure in different places. Until the brand settles that in one policy document, confirm the warranty term with PlushBeds at checkout before you pay.

Which certifications does each list?

PlushBeds lists GOLS, GOTS for both the cotton and the wool, GREENGUARD Gold, eco-INSTITUT and Control Union. Naturepedic lists GOTS, GOLS, EWG Verified, MADE SAFE, PETA Approved Vegan, GREENGUARD Gold and UL Formaldehyde Free.

Are these prices current?

They are the prices shown on each brand's own website on November 5, 2026. Prices move with sales, and the Naturepedic Queen price of $3,679.20 was a sale price at the time of checking. The price that counts is the one at the brand's checkout on the day you buy.

Does the commission decide the pick?

PlushBeds publishes a 15 percent affiliate payout on its own partner page, the highest rate among the brands compared here, and that is one reason it is covered in depth on this site. It is not the reason it is our pick. It leads on materials, price per inch of certified organic latex and customisation, as set out in its card above.

The short version

Our pick: PlushBeds Botanical Bliss

All latex with certified organic textiles, at a lower Queen price as shown. Read the trial as 100 nights for returns, with the 365 Night Comfort Guarantee as a separate firmness adjustment offer, and confirm the warranty term with the brand before you pay. If you want no wool or the most firmness choice, the EOS Classic Organic Vegan is the better fit.
