What this site is

The Organic Sleep Guide publishes mattress comparisons and guides. Reading the site does not require an account, and the site does not sell anything itself.

Information collected

• Contact messages. If you send a message through the contact page, the site receives the name, email address and message you provide, and uses them only to reply and to act on a correction you have flagged.
• Basic server records. Like most websites, the hosting service keeps standard logs that can include an IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
• Analytics, if enabled. If privacy respecting analytics are added when the site goes live, they will be used to count visits and see which guides are read. This policy will be updated to name the service before it is switched on.

Affiliate links and cookies

Pages on this site contain affiliate links. When you click one, the brand or its affiliate network places a cookie in your browser so that a purchase made inside that program's credit window can be attributed to this site. PlushBeds publishes a 90 day window and Avocado publishes a 120 day window on their own partner pages. Those cookies are set by the brand or network, not by this site, and the brand's own privacy policy governs what happens after you arrive there. This site does not receive your name, address or payment details from a purchase. It receives commission reporting in aggregate form.

Fonts

This site loads its typeface, Source Serif 4, from Google Fonts. When you open a page, your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch the font files, which means Google receives the standard details any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. Google's own privacy policy governs that request. If the font does not load, the page uses a typeface already on your device instead.

What is not done with your information

• Contact details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
• No mailing list is run from contact messages. Writing to us does not subscribe you to anything.
• This site does not knowingly collect information from children, and its content is written for adult buyers.
